AI agents

Minimal data access

Give an AI agent access only to the data its task needs, at the narrowest scope that still works.

An AI agent reads your systems on its own: a CRM, a shared drive, a ticketing tool, an HR database. Everything it can read may end up in a prompt, a log or an answer, even when the task did not need it.

Broad access feels convenient, but it multiplies the risk of a leak: an agent that answers customer emails has no reason to see payroll or health data, and a whole database is rarely needed when one folder or one field will do.

Before connecting a source, ask which fields and which records the task really uses, restrict the agent to them, prefer small groups to the whole company and remove access that no case needs.

In the reports of your games, every answer linked to this skill counts: the skill is shown as acquired from 80% of correct answers, and in progress from 50%.
