Public games can be played without an account. You need one to play the games your organization shares with you, and to create or manage an organization.

Create an account

Sign up with your work email, a display name and, if you like, a password of at least 12 characters. We then email you a 6-digit code: enter it to confirm your address and open your session. The code is valid for 30 minutes. You then land on the game catalogue, ready to play or fork a game; if you signed up with Start free or a plan, the site first offers to create your organization (an optional step).

  • If you were invited to an organization, sign up from the invitation link: your address is confirmed by the invitation itself, no code is needed.
  • You can also continue with Google or Microsoft when your organization offers it. Your address is then confirmed by the provider.

For your safety, the sign-up page never tells whether an address already has an account. If it does, its owner receives a sign-in code by email instead.

Sign in

Three ways to sign in, all leading to the same account:

  • Email and password;
  • Email code: we email you a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes, usable once;
  • Google or Microsoft, if enabled.

If you turned on two-step verification, you then enter a code from your authenticator app. After too many failed attempts, sign-in is paused for a few minutes.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot password: you receive a link, valid for one hour and usable once. Resetting your password signs you out everywhere.

If no account uses the address you entered, for a code or a reset link, you receive an email saying so instead, with links to the sign-in and sign-up pages: you may have signed up with another address, with Google or Microsoft, or through your organization's SSO. The page itself shows the same message in both cases, so it never reveals who has an account.

Profile

From Account, you can change:

  • your display name and your language (English or French), at any time;
  • your email address: confirm it's you (password or emailed code), then enter the code sent to the new address. Your previous address is notified of the change;
  • your password: confirm it's you first. Your other sessions are signed out.
