Intellectual property
The platform, the games, the game engine, the texts, illustrations, sounds, logos and the Maketools brand are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the written permission of MAKETOOLS is prohibited, except within the limits set out in the terms of use.
The content that customer organisations add to their games (texts, images, colours) remains their property.
Reporting unlawful content
Customer organisations' public games are accessible to everyone, without an account; their content is published under the responsibility of the organisation that edits them, and Maketools hosts them.
To report a game, use the Report this game button, available on every playable game, without an account. You can also write to charlotte@maketools.ai, stating the address of the page, a description of the content, the reasons why it should be removed and your contact details. The procedure, the decision and the appeal are described in the terms of use.
