This section brings together the documents that govern the use of Maketools.

Draft version (last updated: v0.9 of 5 October 2026). These documents are under legal review. Passages marked "To be completed" will be filled in before the service opens to the public. This English version is a translation; the French version prevails.

Order of precedence

In the event of a conflict between these documents, the following order applies: a signed contract (Enterprise plan), then the data processing agreement, then the Terms of Sale, then the Terms of Use, then the product documentation.

Language

These documents are written in French and translated into English. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
