You control your personal data (GDPR rights of access and erasure).

Export your data

Account → Your data → Export downloads a JSON file with everything your account holds: profile, sessions, two-step verification status, linked Google or Microsoft accounts, organization memberships and the origin of your sign-up (channel and campaign parameters of the landing page, see the privacy policy). It never contains passwords, codes or other secrets.

Delete your account

Account → Your data → Delete my account, then confirm it's you (password or emailed code). Deletion is immediate and final:

• your profile, sessions, codes, two-step verification and linked accounts are erased;
• your organizations, games and play history are notified and remove or anonymize what relates to you;
• invitations sent to your email address that you have not accepted are erased from every organization;
• you are signed out and receive a confirmation email.

The security log keeps a record that the account was deleted, identified by its technical identifier only.

If you own an organization

Deleting your account never leaves an organization without an Owner. The Delete my account section tells you, before you confirm, what happens to each of your organizations:

• You are the only member: the organization is deleted with your account, together with its games, releases and statistics. The page lists these organizations.
• You are the only Owner, and there are other members: deletion is refused. The page lists these organizations, each with a link to its Members page. Transfer the ownership there: give the Owner role to another member (Change the role → Owner), or delete the organization. Then come back: deletion is accepted. See transferring ownership.
• There is another Owner: nothing to do, you simply leave the organization.
