Sessions

Each time you sign in on a browser, Maketools opens a session.

How long a session lasts

• A session lasts at most 30 days.
• If you have a privileged role (Owner, Admin, Editor or Analyst), it also ends after 24 hours without activity.
• Your organization may set shorter durations in its security policy. When you belong to several organizations, the strictest one applies to your new sessions.

Manage your sessions

Account → Sessions lists your active sessions, with the browser and the last activity. The current one is marked.

• Sign out of any session you do not recognise: that browser is signed out at once.
• Signing out of the current session signs you out here.
• Changing your password signs out your other sessions; resetting a forgotten password signs out all of them.

If you see a session you do not recognise, sign it out and change your password.
