Your organisation
Create an organisation, find its settings, read the audit log, leave it or delete it.
Create an organisation
Right after signing up with Start free or a plan of the home page, then at any time from Create an organisation in your account menu or the organisation switcher:
- Give it a name. An address is suggested from this name (for example
acme-corp): your games will be published under/acme-corp/game-name. You can change it: 3 to 40 lowercase letters, digits and hyphens. Some addresses are reserved by the platform. - You become the Owner of the organisation. Two-step verification is not needed to get started: the site suggests it after your first invitation or your first deployment, and it is needed for the security settings.
- Then invite your colleagues and bring them together in groups.

Actions your role does not allow are not offered to you, and the platform refuses them anyway.
Audit log
The log lists, newest first, the actions taken in the organisation: invitations, role changes, groups, security policy, forks, exports, authorisation refusals… Filter it by action, author and period. It cannot be altered and is kept for 12 months: the retention the French data protection authority (CNIL) recommends for such logs, and the observation period of a SOC 2 Type II audit. Older entries are then purged every day; the log's integrity check resumes from the last purged entry.
As it cannot be altered, it never stores an email address in clear: an invitation is named by its address while it is still in the invitation list (about 30 days after it is accepted or revoked), then by its short identifier.
Leave or delete the organisation
- Any member can leave the organisation from the Organisation screen, except its last Owner: name another Owner first.
- Only an Owner can delete the organisation. They retype its address and confirm their identity (password or email code). The forks, results and statistics of the organisation are erased; members keep their account.
